Tru-Time Cam Gears AEM Tru-Time adjustable cam gears enable an engine's cam timing to match its tuning state, whether it is stock, modified, forced-induction or normally-aspirated. These cam gears are used by top race teams throughout the world and are a must for applications where the cylinder head or block is milled or where aftermarket or reground camshafts are installed. AEM gears are the most durable on the market-we have cam gears on high performance engines that have run 100,000 miles with no wearing of the belt or belt surface. AEM cam gears feature true laser-etched markings and precision cut gear teeth that are guaranteed to match the Original Equipment (O.E.) drive tooth profile. Each kit includes comprehensive installation instructions, recommended cam gear settings and AEM decals. AEM gears can be advanced or retarded up to 10 degrees each way in one-degree increments. Each gear is CNC machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum with the inner hub available in blue, red and silver with laser-etched graphics for show-quality looks. Cam Gears are available in RED, BLUE, and SILVER finish. Please specify color when ordering.
Tru-Power Pulleys* AEM Tru-Power pulleys increase horsepower by decreasing the parasitic effects that factory accessory pulleys have on a vehicle's engine. The pulley's lightweight 6061 T-6 billet aluminum construction reduces rotating weight and increases efficiency. All pulleys have a tooth profile that is guaranteed to match Original Equipment (O.E.) specifications, eliminating the chances of premature belt wear. Each Tru-Power pulley kit includes comprehensive instructions, performance belts and AEM decals. AEM pulleys have been shown to produce as much as 7HP to the wheels in some Honda applications. If you are looking for nice gains without killing the checkbook then pulleys are the hot ticket for you. Pulleys are available in RED, BLUE, and SILVER finish. Please specify color when ordering.
*We have found that in some instances, high power stereos and pulley sets do not mix. If your stereo is more than 300 watts, some consideration must be given to battery longevity. |
